I'll personally go through your numbers
No algorithms, no automated approvals. I'll sit down and actually look at your income, deposit, debt and what you're hoping to buy, and think about what's genuinely realistic for you.

I'll be in touch, usually within a few hours
I'll reach out by phone or email, whichever seems best, during business hours. If you submitted outside business hours, I'll follow up first thing the next day.

We'll have an honest conversation
No pressure, no sales pitch. Just a proper look at where you stand, what your options are, and what the actual next steps would look like if you want to keep going.

We'll map out what's next for you
If you're ready to go, that could mean walking through pre-approval and exactly what's needed to get there. If you're still a little way off, we'll put together a plan instead, so you know what to work on and when to come back to me.
Want to get a head start?
You don't need to do anything before we talk, but if you'd like to be ready, these are the things I'll usually ask for down the line:
- Last 3 months of bank statements
- Proof of ID
- Proof of income (payslips or an employment letter)
- Evidence of your deposit (savings, KiwiSaver, or a gifting letter)
